We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Hospitality Services Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with daytime and evening hospitality across multiple venues on campus, supporting HospitalityOnCampus in the delivery of café, restaurant, event, conferencing, wedding and hospitality services, within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for:
- To assist with daytime and evening hospitality across multiple venues on campus, supporting HospitalityOnCampus in the delivery of café, restaurant, event, conferencing, wedding and hospitality services.

To deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to agreed standards, ensuring services are provided efficiently, safely and hygienically in line with health and safety requirements and related training or instruction.

To work flexibly across the needs of the business, contributing positively to a busy, varied and customer-focused hospitality environment.
About You

Essential Criteria:
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work positively with customers, guests and colleagues.

Basic numerical ability.

Good basic knowledge of health and safety and an awareness of good customer care and hospitality services.

Flexibility to work across the needs of the business, including daytime, evening and weekend work as required.

Availability to work over the summer and into the new academic year/Semester starting July/August 2026 and beyond.
Desirable Criteria:
- A passion for delivering great customer service and hospitality.

No previous experience is necessary.
