Duties

- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and service excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and presentation skills
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred; certification in food safety is a plus
