Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various construction, landscaping, and maintenance projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and garden bed preparation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to support construction and landscaping activities
- Support excavation work using equipment like excavators under supervision
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components as needed
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to keep work areas safe and organized
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or similar equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and general site maintenance enhances your suitability for this role
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
