We are excited to present a rare opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join the team at our Sleaford branch.
The branch is a busy hub providing a first class tyre and fast fit service, as well as mobile fitting for car/van, commercial and agricultural tyres.
What does this role involve?
As the Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, including but not limited to;
- Liaising with customers via phone and email to schedule work
- Distributing mobile fitting jobs via our bespoke electronic system
- Invoicing routines and daily banking
- Maintaining current account customer relationships and being proactive to promote the business to prospective customers
- Managing stock levels and re-order requirements
- Monitor working practices and processes to ensure company policies and H&S procedures are adhered to
- Additional requirements such as KPIs

You will be supported in this role by a number of key personnel within the company and whilst full training will be given, knowledge/experience within the tyre industry is essential.
This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, however, additional hours may occasionally be required for the needs of the business.
Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
