We’re launching an exciting new indoor padel centre, with fourteen padel courts and a cafe/bar. Our aim is to create a vibrant and inclusive community. A high-quality environment for players of all ages and abilities. We’re now looking for proactive and motivated Team Member's to support the day-to-day running of the facility and help drive it's success.
The Role
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. From welcoming players to managing bookings and supporting daily operations, you’ll ensure every visitor has a positive and memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage bookings, court schedules, and enquiries (in person, phone, and online)
- Handle payments and operate the till system
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised reception and social areas
- Support events, leagues, and activities within the centre
- Promote memberships, sessions, and services
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills (booking systems, email, point-of-sale)
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a leisure, or hospitality role
- Interest or knowledge of padel, tennis, or sports environments
- Experience using booking or CRM systems
- First Aid qualification
- Sales experience or confidence in promoting services and memberships
- Ability to handle customer queries or resolve issues effectively

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
