- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Monitor progress of scheduled activities, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate unforeseen issues or urgent repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history for reporting and compliance purposes
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding upcoming maintenance activities, potential disruptions, and safety protocols
- Supervise the implementation of maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and technical specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or project management within a maintenance or industrial setting
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising maintenance teams or technicians
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control system diagrams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes
