An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel and golf destination in Aberdeenshire. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position overseeing Front Office and Housekeeping, with responsibility for creating an exceptional guest journey from arrival through to departure. You will lead from the front, develop your teams and ensure bedrooms, public areas and guest-facing operations consistently reflect the standards expected within a high-end luxury hotel environment.
Rooms Division Manager Ideal Profile:

Experienced within Rooms Division, Front Office or Housekeeping leadership in a luxury hotel environment

Strong understanding of the service, presentation and attention to detail expected within four or five-star luxury hospitality

A confident and engaging leader who enjoys being visible within the operation and leading teams from the front

Passionate about developing people through coaching, training, performance management and ongoing support

Commercially aware with experience managing rotas, payroll, departmental costs, productivity and stock control

Guest focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve challenges professionally while creating memorable experiences
Rooms Division Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operation of Front Office and Housekeeping, ensuring consistently high standards across bedrooms, public areas, reception and the wider guest journey

Maintain a visible operational presence, engaging with guests, supporting teams and ensuring individual requirements are anticipated and delivered

Recruit, train, coach and develop the Rooms Division teams, creating a positive culture built around accountability, collaboration and exceptional hospitality

Conduct regular room and departmental inspections, maintaining rigorous standards of cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, hygiene and security

Manage departmental rotas, payroll, labour productivity, stock, purchasing and operating costs in line with forecasted business levels and commercial objectives

Work collaboratively with departments across the hotel and golf operation to improve communication, maximise guest spend and continuously enhance the overall guest experience
