Telesales Executive
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 5 days per week on a rota basis between Monday and Sunday
About Us
We are a growing dental company dedicated to helping patients access high-quality dental treatments and services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Executive to join our team at our Crawley office.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be speaking with prospective patients over the phone, building rapport, understanding their needs, and converting enquiries into appointments and treatment consultations.
This is an office-based role where confidence on the telephone, resilience, and a passion for sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential patients and follow up on enquiries
- Convert leads into booked appointments
- Build strong relationships with prospective patients
- Clearly explain dental treatments and services
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Previous telesales, sales executive, or telephone-based sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, dental, cosmetic, or medical industries
- CRM experience
- Customer service background alongside sales experience
