Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ground Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with landscape maintenance, construction tasks, and general site upkeep. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, practical experience with various tools and machinery, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilties
- Operating hand tools, power tools,
- Supporting construction activities by preparing sites, digging trenches, and laying foundations
- Assisting with the installation and repair of irrigation systems
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean, safe, and organised at all times
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
- Following health and safety protocols at all times during site operations
- Driving company van( must have full uk driving licence)
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous
- Experience working on construction sites or in outdoor manual roles is preferred
- Practical understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and site work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
