The Lamb Inn is a busy, independently run village inn in the heart of the Cotswolds with 12 boutique bedrooms, a loyal local following, and a growing reputation for excellent food and hospitality. We're not a chain, and we're not chasing trends. We focus on seasonal ingredients, well-executed dishes, and creating a place where both guests and staff enjoy being.
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our close-knit kitchen team and help us continue building on our success.
What you'll be doing
- Running your section during service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Contributing ideas and helping develop new dishes and specials
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
- A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to stay calm and focused during busy services
