At Eden Brook Home Care, we're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain independent in their own homes. We're looking for a dedicated and organised Care Administrator to join our growing team and support the day-to-day running of our busy office.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with our Care Manager, Recruitment Manager and Management team, helping to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care while keeping our office running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
-Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
-Providing administrative support to the management team.
-Maintaining accurate client and staff records using our care management systems.
-Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operations.
-Supporting the Care Manager and Recruitment Manager with a variety of administrative tasks.
-Liaising with clients, care staff and external professionals in a professional and compassionate manner.
-Helping to ensure our service continues to run efficiently and effectively.
At Eden Brook Home Care, our clients always come first. While this is primarily an office-based role, there may occasionally be times when you'll be asked to provide care cover in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas if we're short staffed. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

Essential Requirements:
-Full UK driving licence.
-Access to your own vehicle.
-Willingness to travel within Chelmsford and surrounding areas when required.
-Happy to work full-time from our Chelmsford office.
-Right to work in the UK.
-Previous administration experience.
-Experience working within the health or social care sector (preferred but not essential).
Pay: £13.00 per hour
