Run your own desk. Keep the upside. Uncapped commission and real progression at one of London's fastest-growing education recruitment agencies.
Envision Education is a specialist SEND and mainstream education recruitment agency. Over 11 years we've built a reputation for consistent growth, internal promotion, and a culture that rewards results. We're REC Audited and hold an approved Lot 1 position on the GCA Framework (RM6376) — credentials that matter to schools and to the candidates who want to work with a trusted agency.
We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to run their own desk, backed by a dedicated resourcing team so you can focus on what you do best: sales and relationship-building.
The Role
This is a 180 role — you own client relationships and business development across an assigned patch in London and the Home Counties, while a team of resourcers supports you on candidate delivery. You'll:
- Build relationships with education professionals and match them to the right roles in schools
- Fill temporary, long-term, and permanent positions across teaching and support staff
- Develop new business through outbound calls, meetings, and a consultative approach with school leaders
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate relationships end to end
- Work closely with our compliance and resourcing teams to keep your desk running smoothly
- Own your numbers — track placements and hit financial targets
What You'll Get
- Lucrative, uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary
- Hybrid working — Work from home Fridays and Mondays, reduced hours in school holidays
- Modern Brentford office with on-site gym, minutes from the station
- A dedicated candidate team supporting your desk from day one
- Clear progression pathway — we promote from within
- Regular team socials, incentives, and competitions between departments
- Wellness support for physical and mental health
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales ability, ideally with 2+ years in recruitment (temp/contract recruitment or education recruitment experience is preferred).
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working at pace
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including head teachers
- Genuine interest in education and in helping people find the right role
Some understanding of the UK education system is helpful but not essential — we'll get you up to speed.
If you want a career where your effort is directly rewarded, and you'd like to be part of a business that values competitive spirit and strong work ethic, we would like to hear from you.
Salary is dependant on skills, qualifications and experience.
Pay: £29,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
