Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and addressing any customer queries or concerns
- Demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure timely service to all patrons
- Assist in upselling menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment
- Utilise basic maths skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth food preparation and delivery
- Support restaurant operations by assisting in various tasks as needed
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and regulations
- Competency in basic maths for order processing and billing
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in culinary arts or food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen operations in a restaurant setting
- Arabic language is desirable but not essential
