We're looking for a dedicated Multi-Trade operative to join us, who are educated to a NVQ Level 3 in either Joinery or Plumbing with experience in at least one other secondary trade.
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Multi Skilled Joiner/Multi Skilled Plumber (internally known as Multi-Trade Operative) to join our Repairs team in 2026 across the Tees Valley. - Salary - £37,937 per annum
- You’ll have the opportunity to join our overtime rota, paid at time and a half, and callout duties for up to £26.71ph (increasing April 2026)

- Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer.
- Support our repairs and maintenance department, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
- Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
- Work primarily in the Tees Valley region, with occasional travel beyond.
- Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
- Have relevant experience in the trade and be educated to NVQ level 3 in either Joinery or Plumbing.
- Must possess a valid UK driving license.
- Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
- A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
