As we continue to establish ourselves within London's premium dining scene,we're looking for passionate and professional Front of House Team Members to join our team.

The Role
As a Front of House Team Member,you will:

Deliver warm,attentive,and professional service to every guest

Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Nori's premium dining experience

Confidently guide guests through our food and drinks menus

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serve food and drinks to a consistently high standard

Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs

Support smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant

Process payments accurately and responsibly

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service during busy periods
What We're Looking For

Previous Front of House,restaurant,or hospitality experience is preferred

Experience within a quality-led,premium,or fast-paced hospitality environment is highly desirable

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to remain calm,organised,and professional under pressure

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

A team player who is eager to learn and develop

Candidates with limited experience will be considered if they can demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
