We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a dynamic part time HR Advisor to join our team of HR Consultants. You can expect to work on employee relations matters, create employment contracts, staff handbooks and provide HR administration and advice.
In this role, you will provide expert guidance on human resources policies, procedures and be integral in the maintenance of HR systems; to ensure that seamless and professional HR support is delivered to our client base.
Your proactive approach will support HR processes and foster effective communication across all levels within PS Human Resources, as well as externally to the business and organisations that we support. This position offers the opportunity to widen your HR expertise and experience within a HR Consultancy business.
You will be supported by our outstanding team of HR professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of HR.
Duties
- Serve as a trusted resource for Consultants and external managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain HR information systems such as Breathe HR to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Support external recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
- Assist with employee relations issues by providing clear communication and facilitating resolution in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with PSHR HR Consultants and provide administrative and advisory support to their client base, to ensure smooth HR operations, including document processing and record keeping.
- Provide clear written, verbal and telephone communication to HR Consultants and the PSHR Senior Leadership team.
- Be responsible for office administration duties and coordination of office tasks as and when they arise.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles with familiarity using HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences and client bases.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and record management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high standards of confidentiality
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR Advisory support role is required.
- Level 3 CIPD or Level 5 CIPD is essential.

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
