Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities and ensuring efficient utilisation of all aspects of the Microsoft system . Duties
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Manage logistics to optimise workflow and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sites
- Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency, safety, and accuracy within the warehouse environment.
- Operate or supervise the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in warehouse procedures and logistics strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise inventory levels and minimise delays.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid forklift licence with experience operating forklift trucks safely.
- Extensive warehouse experience with a focus on logistics optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving operational excellence. Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
