Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Labourers to join our team, assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance and construction tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and aesthetics. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cement mixers to produce consistent high quality concrete
- Using power tools and machinery such as compactors, mixers, disc cutters, and small excavators for site preparation and clean-up
- Assisting with construction activities including setting out, digging, and laying materials
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Clearing debris and waste from work sites to maintain a tidy environment
- Keep equipment clean, safe and in top working condition
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Requirements
- Full driving licence and the ability to get to various sites around the Bristol area
- Previous experience in the landscaping industry is desirable but not essential
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous
- Ability to handle hand tools safely and effectively
- Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction practices and site safety procedures
- A proactive attitude with good organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture or landscaping are a plus but not mandatory

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
