Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Level 5 & 7 Aesthetics Practice Tutor to inspire and educate aspiring aesthetic practitioners. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions aligned with Level 5 and Level 7 aesthetic practice standards, ensuring learners grasp complex concepts effectively
- Assess students’ practical skills through demonstrations, evaluations, and feedback to promote continuous improvement
- Develop tailored lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements while addressing individual learning needs
- Provide clear guidance on industry best practices, safety protocols, and ethical considerations in aesthetic procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments in accordance with regulatory standards
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and professional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to update training materials and incorporate innovative teaching methods that enhance learner engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering aesthetic treatments at a Level 5 & Level 7 qualification standard, with relevant certifications in aesthetics or related fields
- L5 Teaching qualification (or working towards it with a minimum Level 3 AET in place)
- L3 Assessors qualification
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
- Prior teaching or training experience within the aesthetics or healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Knowledge of IT tools and digital platforms used for online learning and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions, assessments, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with plumbing or related technical skills is a plus for understanding certain treatment equipment requirements
- Ability to motivate learners through energetic teaching approaches while maintaining professionalism and clarity
