Location: Birmingham City Centre (relocating to Solihull Town Centre in early 2027)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, including one-hour unpaid lunch break, with occasional flexibility required during auction events.
Salary: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage in line with current government rates:
- Age 21+: £12.71 per hour
- Age 18-20: £10.85 per hour

Bond Wolfe, the Midlands’ leading property auctioneer, is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Auction Co-ordinator to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a long-term career within the property industry.
As a key member of our auction team, you will provide administrative and operational support throughout the auction process, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients, buyers, sellers and solicitors. No previous property industry experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of telephone, email and visitor enquiries
- Co-ordinating property viewings and appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and company databases
- Processing documentation, AML checks, and remote bidding applications
- Managing post, filing, scanning and general administration
- Editing and uploading property video tours, and ordering sale boards
- Supporting the team during auction events and key deadlines
About you
- GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) in English and Maths
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Keen to build a long-term career within a fast-paced business
