This is a great opportunity to help shape the culture, standards and reputation of a brand new hotel from day one.
About the role
As part of the housekeeping team, you will help maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces before, during and after reservations.

- Public and back-of-house areas: Maintain high standards across the lobby, lounge, stairs, corridors, office, WCs, laundry and other service areas.
- Laundry and stock: Sort, organise and monitor linens, towels, uniforms, housekeeping items and hotel fittings, reporting damaged or missing items promptly.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently, safely and consistently to agreed standards.
- Guest-focused, proactive and professional, with good listening skills and a respectful approach to guest privacy.
- Organised and reliable, with strong time management, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Honest, personable and energetic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to support a high-quality guest experience.
