Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Serve food, drinks, and beverages with professionalism, including catering and barista tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and food presentation
- Support food preparation activities in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest experience
- Assist in closing duties such as cleaning tables, restocking supplies, and preparing the space for the next service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic food preparation skills and understanding of hygiene standards
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest interactions

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,005.00 per year
