About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strong prospect pipelines, and contributing directly to company growth. We provide regular on the job training and e-learning, with the possibility to take your CII qualifications.
Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads from several sources such as our CRM, incoming data channels as well as pre-existing data from other parts of our wider business, nurturing potential clients, and supporting the sales function in achieving business objectives. With our teams constantly growing, there is a valuable opportunity to contribute to this growth and progress, along with the possibility of not only progressing within this area of the business but into other areas of the business also.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Achieving and exceeding targets.
- Managing a constantly revolving data pool and outbound calls.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through various channels.
- Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on lead generation activity and performance metrics.
- Continually seek new ways to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
