Support Worker – Days - part time
We’re delighted to offer a lovely opportunity for a caring and reliable individual to support our young male client. This role is all about making a positive difference — helping with behaviour support, personal care, and everyday activities at home and out in the community.
We’re looking for someone kind, patient, and compassionate, who enjoys building a trusting and supportive relationship with both the client and their family. Your warmth, understanding, and enthusiasm will go a long way in making each day a great one.

About the Client
You’ll be supporting an 9‑year‑old boy living at home with his family. He requires one‑to‑one support and close supervision due to complex developmental and medical needs.
This role suits someone kind, patient, and confident in providing hands‑on care, following care plans, and working alongside a supportive family and professional team to help him thrive.
*About the Role:
- Support with behavior management
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Engage in activities both inside and outside the home
- Record notes and provide feedback on even minor concerns
*Requirements *
- Must be excellent at recording notes and feeding back concerns
- Kind and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build a close working relationship with family
- Background in behaviour management and/or education is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a family-oriented environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to follow care plans and provide personalised support
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Days & Hours:
- Weekend : 8AM - 8PM
- Weekdays: 2 x weekdays : 6:30 AM to 09:30 AM
