Appliance Deliveries & Installations
Devon Appliances is an independent Euronics retailer based in Seaton, East Devon. We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team delivering and installing domestic appliances throughout East Devon and West Dorset.
The role includes:
- Delivering and installing both freestanding & Built-in appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration and cooking appliances in customers homes.
- Removing and recycling old appliances.
- Assisting with warehouse duties, stock handling and general housekeeping.
- Preparing appliances for delivery.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally at all times.
- Office Work
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be physically fit and capable of safely moving heavy appliances as part of a two-person team.
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a small team.
- Be comfortable working in customers' homes.
- Have previous delivery, installation, warehouse, construction or trade experience (preferred but not essential).
- Basic Computer Skills
Full training will be provided.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Pay: Dependent on experience.
Based in Seaton, East Devon.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
