We are seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to assist a male client with a brain injury in a part-time role.
Hours:
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm (every 2 weeks)
- Saturday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
About the Role:
You will be supporting a male client who requires supervision at all times. The role involves providing companionship, encouraging engagement in activities, and supporting him to enjoy a fulfilling daily routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous supervision and ensure the client’s safety
- Engage in activities such as board games, hobbies, and conversation
- Accompany the client on outings (e.g. walks, shopping, park visits, swimming)
- Promote independence where possible while offering appropriate support
- Build a positive, trusting relationship with the client
Requirements:
- Driving License and use of own car
Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
