West Lindsey District Council has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Housing, Health and Wellbeing team.
The role is for a lead officer to provide Technical Support for adaptations and improvements being carried out via Disabled Facilities Grants, enabling customers to stay safe and independent in their own home.
The role will liaise closely with customers, Occupational Therapists and contractors, to ensure the adaptation meets needs while also providing an excellent service. Manage and monitor workloads to ensure targets and outcomes are being met as set out in the Framework.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise workload and positively contribute to a constantly evolving, busy service.
