Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented house cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within private residences, hotels, or commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Prior experience in janitorial services, hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, ensuring fair remuneration for your efforts.
Duties
- Performing thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces to a high standard
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed
- Handling laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding linen and clothing
- Assisting with specialised cleaning tasks such as window washing or carpet cleaning upon request
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining professional conduct at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory
- Skills in cooking are considered a plus for roles involving hospitality environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as required
