Job description
Aura Connections works with UK telecommunications and energy clients, representing them through direct sales and marketing campaigns. Our team engages with customers in person to promote client products and services, sign up new business, consumers and support existing accounts.
We're hiring Marketing Trainees for our Glasgow team. You'll be talking to customers directly, working towards individual and team targets, and learning how campaigns are planned and delivered. Full training, mentorship and ongoing support are provided, and there's a clear path into team leadership for people who perform well.
The Role
- Engaging directly with customers to promote products and services
- Working towards individual and team sales targets as part of campaign delivery
- Supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
- Taking part in regular training covering sales, communication, business operations and leadership
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working as part of a team to hit campaign and business targets
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking to people
- Organised, reliable and able to manage their own time
- Willing to learn and take feedback during training
- Interested in progressing into sales or team leadership over time
