At GreenSquareAccord, we believe everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home. We are looking for a proactive and organised Partnership Officer to join our team and help ensure our supported housing schemes are safe, compliant and well managed.
This is a varied, field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building strong relationships and making a real difference. You will manage a portfolio of supported housing schemes across Chippenham and Oxford, carrying out regular visits, inspections and audits while working closely with partners and colleagues.
What you`ll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out site visits, estate inspections and tenancy audits.
Monitoring health and safety compliance and following up outstanding actions.
Reviewing Fire Risk Assessment actions and ensuring recommendations are completed within agreed timescales.
Inspecting properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well maintained and ready to let.
Building effective relationships with local authorities, support providers, NHS teams, contractors and internal colleagues.
Monitoring partner performance and ensuring service level agreements are delivered.
Supporting partner agencies with tenancy management, rent accounts and Housing Benefit applications.
Working collaboratively to help resolve anti-social behaviour issues.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
What we`re looking for
- You`ll ideally have experience in housing management, neighbourhood management, supported housing, property services or compliance.
- You should have experience of property inspections or compliance monitoring, along with a good understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
- You`ll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong organisational abilities and the confidence to work independently across multiple locations.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
