Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality construction and fit-out projects, with a particular focus on finishes and interior works. The role requires a strong understanding of construction methods, finishing trades, and building materials, ensuring that quality, programme, and project requirements are met throughout all stages of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally allocated.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow throughout project phases.
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and drawings
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure clear communication among team members.

Requirements
- Proven experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D for civil engineering design and documentation tasks.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities to address project challenges promptly.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in civil engineering, construction management, or related fields are desirable but not essential. This position is paid and offers an engaging environment where your organisational talents will directly contribute to the success of our projects.
Pay: £24,420.00-£41,595.86 per year
