We are looking for a Pasta Chef for our sister restaurant, Maccaruna.

Your day-to-day:
- To assist in the preparation of excellent quality food: making the pasta and the sauces from scratch.
- To cook the pasta in front our customers providing an excellent food quality and customer service.
- To ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic at all times with relevant paperwork 100% compliant
- To clean the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
- To sort, store and distribute ingredients
- To assist in stock-taking and storage, including checking deliveries
- To report any problems to the shift leader or to one of the directors
- No Nights!
You'll have the following:
- Previous experience working with fresh pasta
- The ability to follow recipes to make fresh pasta and sauces to Aromi spec
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team, to be willing to learn
- To be able to work efficiently within a busy high-pressured kitchen
- Highly organised and punctual, driven to learn in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
