Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: Up to £50,000 + door-to-door travel.
About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit multiple Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to join our team, covering London and the Home Counties.
Working across a range of NHS and commercial sites, you will be responsible for the installation of air conditioning and ventilation equipment on both new and existing projects. Approximately 65% of the work is within NHS environments, with the remainder across a varied commercial client portfolio.
We welcome applications from experienced engineers as well as junior candidates with little or no industry experience who can demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems across commercial and healthcare environments.
- Installing split systems, multi-split systems, VRV/VRF systems, FCUs and AHUs.
- Installing pipework, containment, brackets, condensate drainage and associated components.
- Assisting with equipment positioning, system set-up and commissioning activities.
- Reading and working from drawings, specifications and project plans.
- Carrying out installation works in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Ensuring all installations are completed to a high standard of workmanship and within project timescales.
- Working closely with project managers, supervisors and fellow engineers on site.
- Completing job documentation and recording work using company-issued phones and tablets.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Experience within the air conditioning industry is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi systems is beneficial.

Working Hours
