Charity Telephone Fundraiser
Full-time & Part-time | Office-based | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm| Monday–Friday | 9:00am–1:00pm
£12.71 per hour
At Rapport Fundraising, we work on behalf of a variety of well-known and respected charities, helping them connect with their supporters and raise the vital funds they need to continue their important work.
As a Charity Telephone Fundraiser, you'll have the opportunity to speak with people every day and make a genuine difference through friendly, positive and engaging conversations. You'll speak with existing and potential charity supporters, helping them understand the difference their support can make and giving them the opportunity to contribute to causes that matter to them.
This is a people-focused role where communication, confidence and the ability to build a genuine connection are just as important as achieving results. If you enjoy talking to people, are motivated by targets and would like to do a job that has a positive purpose, this could be the role for you.
We currently offer the benefit of working Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, with the option to work full-time or part-time hours within this timeframe. We understand that everyone's circumstances are different, so we're happy to discuss flexible working arrangements where possible.
Who we’re looking for:
Previous fundraising or call-centre experience isn't necessary. Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-facing roles can be useful, but we're more interested in your attitude, communication skills and potential and we'll teach you the fundraising skills. Are you:
