The Role
Depending on your current experience, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing year-end accounts for a wide range of clients.
- Producing management accounts.
- Corporation tax, personal tax and VAT compliance.
- Reviewing bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Advising clients on business and financial matters.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- At least 18 months recent experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
- Good knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- The ability to manage workloads independently.
- A proactive and positive approach to client service.
- ACA, ACCA or AAT qualifications (or qualified by experience!).
