We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team member to join our busy dessert and coffee shop. This is a hands on role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is happy to help in all areas of the business.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffees and matchas. You will be delivering table service, clearing and cleaning tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also be expected to give a helping hand to all members of our team, including giving a helping hand to our kitchen staff, ocationalkly washing up and general cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be confident in a fast-paced work environment, and enjoy working as part of a team. Barista or cafe experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to help are needed.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
