MPS Hospitality Limited is opening a brand-new restaurant, and we're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Front of House Team Members to join our opening team.

What you'll be doing
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, warm, and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Have a good knowledge of our food and drinks menu and confidently answer guest questions.
- Recommend food and drink choices and support upselling where appropriate.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently and to a high standard.
- Follow our standard table service procedures and ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented tables and Front of House areas throughout each shift.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the till system.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle customer queries professionally and help resolve any issues promptly.
- Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere that reflects authentic Sri Lankan hospitality.
- Support the wider restaurant team during busy service periods whenever required.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Front of House, waiting, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A team player who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and a strong work ethic.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
- The legal right to work in the UK.

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
