Are you a reliable, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to join our dessert shop team, craft delicious treats, and deliver incredible service to our late-night customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greeting guests with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately, and resolving customer queries with excellence.
Food Preparation: Preparing high-quality desserts (waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes) following food safety and quality standards.
Team Leadership: Guiding shift staff, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring the shop remains spotless and fully stocked.
Night Operations: Managing late-night store closes and upholding security and cleaning procedures.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dessert shop or fast-paced food service environment.
Driving: Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transport (essential for late-night finishes).
Availability: Must be able to work night shifts ending around 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM.
Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work under pressure.
