Responsibilities
· Review evidence
· Serving & filing documents using CE filing
· Assist in prep of docs and witness statements
· Interview witnesses
· Liaise with court
· Liaise with claimants
· Reports on cases
· Instruct & brief counsel
Skills
- Criminal Law experience
- Confident and personable characteristics and the ability to connect with clients from the outset
- Full UK drivers license and own transportation
