About The Role
BNB Host manages a growing portfolio of short-term and corporate accommodation across Glasgow and Scotland. We provide a fully managed service for property owners while delivering a high-quality experience for our guests.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our operations team in a varied role involving guest communication, bookings, and day-to-day operational support.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and the successful candidate will play an important role in the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (full training provided):
- Managing guest enquiries and securing bookings
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout guest stays
- Resolving guest issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinating cleaners & maintenance contractors
- Managing your workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Vetting guest bookings
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Supporting the wider operations team where required
- Assisting with operational problem solving on a day-to-day basis

Previous experience within hospitality, property, customer service, or operations would be beneficial, but mindset and attitude are hugely important to us.
Requirements
- Full UK and clean driving licence
- Must live in Glasgow
- Access to your own vehicle
- Ideally based close to Glasgow City Centre or the West End
Mileage expenses will be covered by the company.
Working Pattern
This role includes:
- Day and possibly evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Possibly a mixture of office-based and work-from-home working

Pay
