We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time, self-employed basis.
This is a fully remote role, although applicants based in London or the surrounding areas are preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, mathematical and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile rental income on a daily basis using Landlord Vision property management software.
- Complete an initial backlog reconciliation to ensure Landlord Vision is fully accurate, up to date and operating correctly.
- Regularly review rental records and identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure property income and payment records are accurately maintained and reconciled.
- Provide light day-to-day management support for one Airbnb property, including: Ordering supplies and linen, coordinating property requirements, responding to enquiries, arranging relevant services and support.
- Record and categorise business expenses accurately using Xero.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial and administrative records within Xero.
- Complete general and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain organised records and ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, book-keeping, office support role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
- Experience using Landlord Vision or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Practical experience using Xero, including recording and categorising expenses.
- Strong IT skills and confidence working with computerised systems.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace/Google Suite.
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data-entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.

The pay rate for this role is £12.50ph.
