This is not just a Salon Manager role. This is the opportunity to lead, build, and shape the first Alchemy & I hair salons in London.
We’ve recently acquired two beautiful salons in Richmond and St Margarets, and we’re about to take them through a full transformation — bringing them in line with the Alchemy & I standard across design, culture, service, and performance.

The Role (Dual Focus)
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing your time between the chair and running the business.
Lead Stylist
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring, and styling services
- Build a loyal, high-value client base
- Lead by example in service, consultation, and client experience
- Drive retail, upgrades, and rebooking through strong client relationships
Salon Manager
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team
- Build a high-performance, positive culture from the ground up
- Manage rotas, schedules, and daily operations
- Oversee stock, ordering, and salon organisation
- Align with marketing and drive local awareness and growth
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and financial performance
- Ensure standards across client experience, team behaviour, and environment
