Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve operational excellence and meet organisational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store or branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage sales targets, analyse performance metrics, and develop strategies to optimise revenue streams.
- Coordinate merchandising activities to maximise visual appeal and product placement.
- Maintain high standards of communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote professional development and improve team performance.
- Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and reporting.
- Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, leadership, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to across all operational areas.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervising experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
- Experience in merchandising and sales management strategies.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong phone etiquette coupled with excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing organisational needs while maintaining focus on strategic goals.

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
