Duties
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance clients' overall appearance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients, understanding their preferences, and providing professional advice.
- Upsell products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about the benefits of various treatments.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development by sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere and efficient operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in barbering techniques are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in store management or supervising staff is a plus.
- A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends and techniques is essential.
