BO AND BEAN is a family business where we began our first bubble tea cafe nestled away in the center of Stoke in 2020, and now we are expanding, soon to be opening our second location in the heart of Chester! As a new coffee shop on the street, we thoroughly enjoy providing something unique and fun for all our young students, local residents and passers by, and it has been such a rewarding 3 years! Thus, here at BO AND BEAN we are in search for a couple of enthusiastic, hard working, bubbly individuals to join our team.
FULL TIME - This job opening is for 4-5 days a week, a mix of weekdays to weekends (with flexibility for holiday requests)

MUST HAVE experience (1 Year + as a supervisor or team leader in hospitality) from working in the service industry and interacting with customers.
The individual will be responsible for:
- Ensuring hygiene and cleaning procedures are followed, including Food Safety.
- Enforcing these procedures within your team members, and consistently check everyone is following procedures correctly.
- Record daily logs according to the Safer food, better business (SFBB) booklet.
- Complete your level 1 food hygiene training online.
- Consistently cleaning your work area after every use.
- Rotating stock and stock taking.
- Serving customers with a welcoming and friendly smile!
- Understanding and organising delivery and in house orders under time constraints,
- learning recipes,
- team leading,
- Making Bubble Teas,
- Making Bubble Waffles,
- Making Poke Bowls,
- Working in the kitchen following simple recipies daily,
- Having great communication skills with team members for a fluid and efficient service,
- Closing and opening the cafe.
