About the company
We believe the future of organisations is decentralised, transparent, and empowering—and at Colony, we’re building the tools to make that future a reality.
Colony is about controlling what an organisation does, which ultimately boils down to managing money and who has permission to do so. By harnessing blockchain technology, we enable organisations to allocate resources, define roles, and make decisions with transparency and efficiency. Whether you’re creating a small team or managing a global DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation), Colony gives you the power to organise effectively and operate with confidence.
At Colony, we’re on a mission to redefine how people collaborate, removing inefficiencies and hierarchies to create a fairer, more productive way to work together.
We are a growing, mostly technical team of 18 with a live product. If you’re inspired by building tools that shape the future of work and collaboration, we’d love to have you join us.
