Quality Manager
Are you an experienced Quality professional looking to take on a key role within an established and forward-thinking manufacturing business?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure consistently high standards across the business and its wider supply chain. This is a varied role working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing and other teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes and drive overall performance.
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing quality standards and performance across the supply chain.
- Leading quality audits, assessments and corrective action programmes.
- Investigating quality issues and driving effective root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
- Supporting new product introduction, supplier changes and wider quality improvement initiatives.
- Analysing quality data and driving continuous improvement across quality processes and performance.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer or Quality Management role within manufacturing.
- Experience managing quality performance, development activities and corrective action processes.
- Previous experience conducting audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
