Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shisha Preparation Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality shisha, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble shisha according to company standards.
- Select, mix, and pack shisha flavours with consistency and attention to detail.
- Light and maintain charcoal safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and clean shisha equipment before and after use.
- Replace charcoal and assist customers when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic preparation area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages of flavours, charcoal, and accessories.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience preparing shisha is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
- Good knowledge of different shisha flavours and preparation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
