Role : Cleaner
Location: Gatwick, Crawley
Hours: 18.00-02.00.
2 x Cleaners needed for 2 shifts on the 7th and 8th of September
Recruitment Solutions are working with a market leading business within the Facilities Management sector. Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join the well established team, based out of Crawley - specifically at Gatwick.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous for those required to travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- An up to date, accurate, CV is essential to be considered for the role.
