The North Face Belfast is an official partnership store, owned and operated by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports — a British, family-owned brand that has been equipping explorers for nearly 100 years.
We’re excited to welcome motivated Retail Assistants to our brand- new The North Face store in Victoria Square, Belfast .
As a member of the team you’ll be responsible for providing excellent service and advising our customers on technical gear and fashion, whilst keeping the store looking its best. With the help of the Store Manager, you’ll build your skills in retail to help you go further in your career.
This role is ideal for someone starting out in retail who is looking to work with a world-leading brand. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, working side by side with management to make the store a success.
The role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales with care and efficiency
- Keep the store looking its best, following brand visual standards
- Learn about technical products and innovations to guide customers confidently
- Restock and maintain products to ensure strong presentation
- Follow store standards, policies, and procedure
- Help drive sales and targets under the guidance of the Store Manager
About you:
- Great communication skills, eager to chat to customers and make them feel comfortable
- Friendly and positive, willing to support your team members
- Good attention-to-detail
- Interested in fashion retail or outdoor sports and exploration
